The oZone gaming cockpit offers unrivalled stability, adjustability &
usability at any price. We'd just rather keep it affordable!

Made of thick walled 3.2cm carbon steel pipe, the
oZone cockpit
provides a very stable computing & gaming platform for all games from
racing-SIMs to First Person Shooters to flying-SIMs. With the
oZone
cockpit u won't be sacrificing the stability of your desk!!

The adjustability of the
oZone cockpit pwns!! check out below:

-a telescoping steering wheel mount is key for obtaining a proper race
driving position. This makes it possible for anyone appx 13yrs old and up
to achieve a proper race driving position (see "Proper race driving
position"). If your playin flying-SIM games you can even use the mount
for your yoke!!

-a fully adjustable keyboard/mouse tray that not only rotates from the
right side of the
oZone to in front of you, but it also telescopes forward
and backwards.......it's great as an armrest too! And in case you were
wondering, the mouse pad area has a 1 foot diameter, and the
keyboard/mouse tray is in a neutral shape in case u play lefty ;)

-a real car sports seat
with adjustable lumbar support for those long
hours of gaming.....also you get real car seat sliders so adjusting the
position of your seat is just like in a real car. The bolsters on the seat are
protected by some sick carbon-fibre looking covers to resist wear.

-a removable LCD monitor stand gives you a choice of using your LCD
monitor on the cockpit as a standalone unit or remove the stand and
hook up in front of your massive plasma!

-two-piece main frame design to allow for easier storage......but doesn't
affect stability!

Proper race driving position~
Race drivers seating positions are quite different from the seating
position we use in every day driving. The main reason for this is so
the driver can have full use of their larger muscles in their arms &
back to control the steering wheel. Below we will cover two main
points of a proper race driving position:

1) Steering Wheel Height: The height of the center of the steering
wheel is near the height of your collarbone.

2) Distance to Steering Wheel: The easiest way to set acheive the
ideal distance from your steering wheel is to adjust your seat so that
when you stretch your arms straight out your wrists lie across the
top of the steering wheel. Make sure your shoulders are touching
the back of the seat.

Once you place your hands in the 10 & 2 or 9 & 3 positions on the
wheel your elbows will be bent at an approximate 90 degrees

3) Distance to pedals: This is a simple one :) The ideal position varies
but it's best to not be too close to where your legs are cramped and
not too far so that you cannot depress all the pedals without
stretching your legs.
-last but not least...our new G25 shifter mount. This is made of
2.5mm walled steel tubing and places your H-pattern shifter near
your knee/thigh area just like in a real car. Of course the shifter
mount can be mounted on the left or right side :)
